Don't you think that Thorin should have taken Bilbo's standpoint into perspective when he is getting all mad at him?All Bilbo is trying to do is help meke peace by giving him the arkenstone to Bard.I think Thorin overreacted, what do you think?

I am not in the Pre-a-P class but I have read the book

ya i guess he is overreacting a bit but look he thinks that is all he has left of his family it was his familys tresure and if he was willimg to give his life for one stone than it must mean alot alot alot to him!!

like what your most valuable thing in your life is think of it that way

Yes he definitly over reacted, but like Bilbo said earlier in the book Thorin valued the Arkenstone more than a river of gold.
