I understand that Galion is the butler, but the rest of the people, where they ALL sending the barrels down the river? Was Gailon supposed to do it all or something? I really didn't catch that even though I read it over many times. And whre are they sending the barrels?

They're the empty barrells that the King's wine was in, right? And they're just disposing of them I guess, into the river? I'm not quite clear on what was happening in there, either.
