On page 201 (in the little green book) at the very end of the chapter it says, " The only person thoroughly unhappy was Bilbo."
Why do you think Bilbo was unhappy?
He could feel the foreboding danger. And the mountain only reminded him it wasn't going to get any easier, and I think it wouldn't be peaceful trying to get some R&R under it's shadow.

because he knew he'd have to face Smaug and the adventure was coming to that point. Oh, and I think maybe because it was nice in the town and he didn't want to go back to starving and sleeping on the ground.

Why do you think Bilbo was unhappy?
I think it is because in the beginning of chapter 10 when the mountain is being described, it says that Bilbo didn't like the look of it. So I think that Bilbo was unhappy because he was somewhat scared about going to the ugly and dubious (YAY VOCAB) mountian where an evil dragon lives on.
