I wouldn't be stressed because it's just like dealing with someone with anger management issius; you just be nice and you're fine.
I think it was clever because it says on page 124 that if Gandalf hadn't done that,they would just have been sent off.

I think it was really smart of Gandalf to realize that if all of them had come in at once they would have been sent away because Beorn would have thought they were beggars. I probably would have been kinda scared to visit Beorn because of the way the author talks about him. The author makes him seem really intimidating and mean, and not at all like somebody you would want to get help from. But then again beggars can't always be choosers, so it is better to a least try or they would have definantly starved in the forest.
I'm sleepy. I haven't gotten to sleep in past six in the morning since last Saturday.

I think that it was a clever idea,! Just like Bilbo said, Gandalf was doing it so that Beorn would be more interested in the story. I would have been scared to visit Beorn.
i thought it was pretty clever. just like bilbo had sad, gandalf did that to make beorn more interested in the story............... but i would have freaked if i had to visit beorn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
